All contractual relations regarding bookings arise directly between the user and the resort. The Operator does not guarantee uninterrupted operation of the Service (website and mobile application) and is not liable for possible technical failures.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials of the Service, including texts, images, design, and source code of the website and mobile application, are the property of Mango Development LLP or are used on a legal basis.
